My favorite Korean snack...

I started watching Korean TV series on Netflix. I am on my 104th one. I always like to find and try the things I see them eating. These things are really fat and chewy noodle like things. At first, I thought they were too chewy. Now, I crave that texture. They are amazing. They are super easy to prepare.

You must eat it when it hot. Don't let it cool down.

Okay, I have expert in cooking this.
First thing to note is that you have to eat this when it is hot. As it cool down, it get very very chewy. Here is my directions.
One pack have two sauce packs and only one pack of the rice cake which is two serving. I had divided it into two since I can't eat all at one time.
I add 60ml of water ... Or a little more if you cooking with anything else which I did.
I add the one pack of the sauce and one of the divided rice cake.
Once it starts to boil, I add in small smokies sausages and garlic powder and slow to cook on medium heat.
When the sauce begins to thicken, I added a sliced Swiss cheese and cook for a minute and stir well and it's done.
To keep my rice cake from cooling down too fast, I use one of those wine tumbler cups that would keep your drinks cold.... except it keep my rice cake hot. Stainless steel wine cup.

Perfect Texture!!!

Taste good, just not spicy enough. Maybe it's what I ordered. I'll just add more Chilli 🌶 to it next time. And yes, I will be ordering it again.
