YUMMY LOW SPICE!!

If you have a very sensitive palette but really wanna try Tteokbokki this is a great option, it's not an extreme spice, it's one of the lower milds I've found so far. It's so delicious and has very simple instructions. I really wish I could find their seasoning packs sold separately!

These Yopokki are delicious and so addicting!!

I got the cheese flavor. I had absolutely no problems at all with the product or the packaging. Everything was beyond my expectations. It comes with tteok aka rice cakes, two packets of powder, and little forks. The package had English directions taped overtop the Korean directions. When I first put the packets and 80 ml of water in my pan, I was worried it wasn’t going to be enough water/sauce.... but it was. Once it comes to a boil, let it simmer over low heat because the tteok will soften up and have a better texture the longer they cook. The sauce was a little too spicy for my kids, so I added some milk and let it cook until it thickened back up. It helped make them not as spicy. Give this a try... it might not be exactly the same as the tteokbokki you get at Korean street markets or restaurants, but it’s honestly almost just as good.
